hmmmmm....Cinnamon Rolls

Yep, I tried them. I have never done cinnamon rolls but here they are, the before and after pics. It took a long time to do, in fact it took me most of the day. You have to let the dough rise for a total of about 3 hours between mixing and making the main part of it, which is what takes so long.

Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY! and delicious! yes the ingredients will be listed twice in some spots, I made it that way because its the order I used the stuff in...so deal with it.

Making time 4 hours:
- 4 1/2 cup flour
- 1 ts of yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup of butter/margerine
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1/2 ts salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 brown sugar(or regular sugar)
- 1/4 cup of flour
- 1 tbs ground cinnamon(tho I put a little more)
- 1/2 cup of butter/margerine
- 1/2 cup raisins(I didn't use them)

1) Mix 2 1/4 cup of flour and yeast together, take aside
2) In a different bowl, mix the milk, 1/3 cup of butter, the sugar and salt. Add to flour mixture and add 3 eggs. Mix together
3) Make a ball out of the dough, cover and let rise on counter for 90-120 mins.
4) Get grease pan ready
5) In a small bowl mix brown sugar, 1/4 cup of flour and cinnamon and 1/2 cup of butter until crumbly.
6) Take dough, flatten and spread. Add the cinnamon mixture onto dough and spread evenly onto dough. Roll and cut the rol of dough into 1.5 inch thick slices.
7) Lay out in pan and let it rise for 45 mins, then cook 30-45 mins or until it's golden.
8) Make cream cheese frosting to add on top(personal prefference)

Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 package of cream cheese
- icing sugar
- vanilla
